Exposure Media
Privacy
Updated October 2026
I run Exposure Media on my own from Galloway, Ohio. This page says, in plain terms, what this site does with your information.
What I collect
I count visits so I know which pages people use. For each visit I record the page, the site that sent you (the hostname only), whether you're on a phone, tablet or desktop, and your country, which comes from the network and not from GPS. A random ID ties your page views together while that browser tab stays open. It isn't a cookie, and it's gone when you close the tab. I don't store your IP address for this. Visit records are kept for 13 months, then deleted.
What I don't
No ad trackers, no pixels, no third-party analytics. I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests so the pages can load. The site's fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no font requests go to Google or any other third party.
Links I send you
If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (utm_), or a personal link I sent you with a ref code, the site notes that the link was used and which pages you viewed in that visit.
The contact form
When you send a message, I store what you typed: name, email, phone, project type, event date and message. I also store the pages you viewed in that visit, and your connecting IP address, which I use to limit spam. The message is emailed to me. I keep it so I can reply and keep track of the work. I keep messages for up to two years, then delete them.
Cookies
Visitors get none. The only cookies on the site are a login cookie for my private admin area and a password cookie for the preview version of the site.
Your choices
You can ask to see your contact messages, or ask me to delete them. Email me at [email protected].
Questions
Write to [email protected]. My Instagram and Facebook links take you to those platforms, and their own policies apply there.
